CSDDA 2012 Regional Conference
$2500 Reverse Raffle Rules

1.  Only 200 maximum tickets will be sold
2. Grand prize is $2500; Grand prize will be reduced $25 for every ticket less than 150 tickets sold.
3. Owners/proxies of last 10 tickets (191-200) to be drawn will have option to confer with other remaining undrawn tickets to decide if they want to split the grand prize.  If any one person decides not to split, then drawing continues one ticket at a time.  After each ticket is drawn, remaining group has chance to decide if they want to split.  Again, if one person decides not to split, drawing continues.  Raffle concludes when remaining group decides to split the grand prize or last winning ticket is drawn.  Actually next to last ticket is drawn…only ticket left has to be the winner.
4. If owner of ticket is not present and their ticket is one of last 10 to be drawn, they can have a proxy (written on their stub) to decide for them if they want to split the grand prize.  If proxy is not written on ticket (which can be revoked if owner is in attendance at time of drawing) ticket will assume they do NOT want to split unless marked on ticket: “I want to split prize if in last 10.”
5. Other prizes include: 1st number: $50; 25th, 50th, 75th: $25; 100th: $50; 125th, 150th, 175th: $25. 
6. Bonus prizes: gifts from exhibitor/suppliers during drawing.  During the drawing exhibitors/suppliers will be interviewed; they will draw the “next number” and that number will be recipient of their door prize.
7. 75 discount priced tickets ($12.50) will be available with fully paid submitted conference registrations.  Ask your seller if or check www.csdda.com to see when those discounted raffle tickets have been purchased.
8. Multiple ticket purchases: After purchasing first ticket, additional tickets to same ticket holder: $20.

     Ex.  If qualified for first 75 discounted tickets, first ticket: $12.50, second and subsequent tickets: $20.  If first ticket purchased at regular price of $25, second and subsequent tickets : $20.

1. Up to January 15, 2012, ticket sales restricted to door dealers/employees, exhibitor/their company employees, registered convention attendees.  After Jan 15, 2012, sales open to anyone.
2. Ticket stub must be present at beginning of drawing: 6:30 pm Friday.  Each ticket stub will be given a number 1-200 and put into a hopper for random drawing.  Ticket stub will contain ___Check box for proxy person or ___check box how to split grand prize if purchaser is not in attendance.  Proxy will have authority to decide if they want to split Grand Prize with last undrawn names.
3. Drawing will commence 7:30 pm. Friday, March 9, 2012 in the main Exhibitor room for the 2012 CSDDA Regional Conference.
